At BYA Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that if you are located outside the United States, return shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union – Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
